Check-in

To check-in come to ‘Bella Vista’ at 96 North Steyne, corner of Pine Street and North Steyne (office and entry located at the rear of the building).

Check-in is at 2 pm and Check-Out is at 10 am.

A valid credit card and license or passport must be shown at time of check-in.

Late Arrivals

As above come to Bella Vista. Collect your envelope with all your instructions and keys from our Body Corporate Letter Box located to the right hand side of the front glass entry doors. There is a secure padlock on the letterbox which requires a code – (TBA) to unlock the box. Please note payment must be made in full prior to any late arrivals. If you are experiencing problems gaining access, please call one of the mobile phone numbers on the front entry glass doors.

Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm Saturday and Sunday 9.00 am – 2.00pm
We do not operate a 24 hour reception.

Booking Terms & Conditions

A valid credit card and license or passport must be shown at time of check-in.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:

A booking will be tentatively held in our system only upon request and will cancel after 24 hours without a holding deposit.

A $500 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your booking which will be credited towards the total tariff.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards (1.5% surcharge applies), Amex (5% surcharge applies), cash or you can pay via direct credit into our bank account.

Once a booking has been made and confirmed, no discount offers will be accepted.

The balance of the tariff must be paid in full prior to or on arrival.

CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT:

Check-in is at 2:00 pm. We will endeavor to have your apartment ready by this time, however occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances, delays occur. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Check-out is at 10:00 am. Any late checkouts will incur a full day’s charge.

A half days charge applies for an early check-in or late check-out.

REFUNDS

There will be no refund for any unused portion of the holiday or shortening your reservation.

Our staff will describe the apartments and their positions to the best of their ability, no responsibility or refund for alleged misdescription can be accepted.

BOOKINGS FOR DECEMBER/JANUARY:

All bookings for December/January are to be paid in full one month prior to arrival which is non-refundable.

Bookings made for December/January have a 7-night minimum stay policy.

The rest of the deposit and payments are as per above.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

All breakages or damage must be paid for by the tenant. This includes cleaning of carpets or rugs.

Guests must be over the age of 21 to book accommodation. All apartments must have a guest staying over the age of 21 years.

The number of tenants may not exceed the number of beds provided. There is a $50 charge per night for additional bedding i.e. fold-away beds.

We do not under any circumstances tolerate pets, parties or smoking.

Specific units can be requested though not guaranteed.

CALL OUT FOR LOST KEYS

If you are locked out of your apartment or lose your keys after hours, a locksmith must be called at your expense.

$50 call out fee between 9:00am-12:00am. $200 call out fee between 12:00am-9:00am

CAR PARKING

There is one car space allocated to each luxury apartment, any additional car spaces (if available) are charged $35 per night. If you require an extra spot please advise reception to go onto a waitlist at the time of booking.

LINEN DROP OFF SERVICE

We offer a linen drop off service only:

  • 2 bedroom apartment: $80.00
  • 3 bedroom apartment: $100.00
  • 3 bedroom penthouse suite: $120.00

DEPARTURE CLEANING CHARGES

  • 2 bedroom apartment: $300.00
  • 3 bedroom apartment: $350.00
  • 3 bedroom penthouse suite: $375.00
