Octopus Garden showcase at Manly SEA LIFE Sanctuary

Escape the cold these winter school holidays and enter Manly SEA LIFE Sanctuary’s Octopus Garden, where kids can meet an Octopus and learn everything they ever wanted to know about one of the ocean’s coolest creatures!
Included in entry, kids will receive an Octopus Garden activity pack that includes an Octopus quiz trail and colouring-in sheet. After finishing the quiz trail and collecting their sticker, kids can get creative on our Octopus Garden activity table, and get the chance to meet and touch our resident Octopus ‘Cecil’ in our interactive touch pool. Kids and adults alike will also be able to learn about Octopus and other awesome animals in any of our free daily talks and feed shows.
Another recent addition to Manly SEA LIFE Sanctuary is our Shipwreck Shores play zone, a unique experience filled with slides, climbing obstacles and tunnels where kids will learn about conservation through imagination, play and discovery. With BREED, RESCUE, PROTECT at the heart of Manly SEA LIFE Sanctuary, Shipwreck Shores play zone is designed to instil a passion and dedication for the ocean so the children of today will safeguard the seas for future generations.
Manly Artisan markets

The Whole Creative presents a brand new market destination at Manly on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The Manly Artisan Markets run once a month on the second Saturday.
Held on the picturesque grounds of Stella Maris College (entry via Iluka Avenue), Manly Artisan Markets aim to showcase and support local designers, artists and creatives. Featuring an eclectic mix of stalls, you will find everything from fashion and accessories, to homewares, textiles and delectable treats on offer.
